Check out KL

Final day before flight back to Auckland. What a trip, it's been great to have so much time with all the family and fun packed holidays together.

KL is hot and steamy but enjoyed good tours with friendly and courteous locals. No pestering from shop staff made window shopping a pleasure.

Thanks for following my first blog and for all your comments.

Signing off now from Kuala Lumpur, next stop Auckland :)

Saloma Cultural show and dinner

Very quiet public holiday in a very large restaurant so much food and no one to eat it.
Twin towers at night.
KL at night looks like Xmas with all the streets lit up very pretty.

kL Day Tour city

Thanks everyone for comments  and birthday wishes, it has been a great couple days here. KL is very clean, polite and traffic very calm and unrushed although today was a public holiday.
Hot and dry days with heave rain at nights, best time for it :)
The old palace is now a museum.
Independent Square closed off as expected protests against introduction of 6% tax like gst
Observation deck high in the sky.

Pewter factory, not as easy as the make it look.

Goodbye Dublin

Dublin is a very friendly city, easy to get around we would all recommend it for a visit.

Sightseeing Bus Tour of Dublin

Today we took the hop on hop off bus tour with a very informative guide around the sights of Dublin.
The Temple Bar is not only a fantastic pub full of memorabilia, but an area of little cobbled streets full of old pubs, shops and restaurants.
